Data Formats and Delivery Options
We seek to provide multiple ways to access our data, ensuring that your team can get information in the right format and at the right time.
We generally offer two options: flat file datasets and access to data via an API. Depending on the project scope and size, you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
We offer nine different flat-file datasets for businesses. All of these datasets can be accessed in JSON format. Some datasets are also available in JSONL, CSV, or Parquet formats:
| JSON | JSONL | CSV | Parquet |
Multi-source company dataset | + | + | + | + |
Employee data | + | + | + | + |
Job posting data | + | | + | |
Largest professional network data | + | + | +
Company employee review data | +
Company funding data | + | +
Technographic data | + | | | |
Tech product review data | +
Community and repository data | + | +
Please keep in mind that we are constantly improving our delivery capabilities, and most of these datasets will soon be available in multiple formats.
The data can be delivered via a direct download link or accessed on your preferred data cloud storage platforms, such as Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage.
Data access via our API provides a freshly collected dataset in JSON or CSV format that can be analyzed using Python, Ruby, PHP, or any other preferred scripting language.
We offer six data APIs:
API type | API data type | Credit cost |
Employee API | Access employee data from the largest professional network. | One search and one collect credit. |
Company API | Access company data from the largest professional network. | One search and one collect credit. |
Company enrichment API | Fill the gaps in existing company data. | One search and one collect credit. |
Historical headcount API | Access company headcount and follower count fluctuation data. | One search and one collect credit. |
Multi-source API | Access company data from seven different sources. | Two search and two collect credits. |
Jobs data API | Access job posting data from the largest professional network. | One search and one collect credit. |
Depending on the dataset, you will have two options for setting up data access: a shorthand name or a numeric ID. Please contact your account manager for more information.
