🆕AI Data Assistant

What is AI Data Assistant?

It’s a natural language search tool powered by AI that allows users to interact with complex data APIs through a simple chat interface. No coding is required. Both technical and non-technical users can explore, analyze, and retrieve data efficiently – making insights more accessible and accelerating decision-making.

How does this work?

  • Eliminates technical barriers. You can ask questions in plain language without knowing query syntax – AI Data Assistant interprets your intent.

  • Delivers instant answers. No setup or configuration needed.

  • Explains its logic. It’s context-aware, showing how results were generated so you can trust what you see.

  • Helps you move forward. It suggests ways to refine or expand your search, and offers alternatives when something doesn’t work.

What if my query is too vague or complex?

The assistant automatically:

  • Follows up with clarifying questions (e.g., “Do you mean companies by funding or by employee count?”).

  • Offers suggestions or alternatives if the query doesn’t return results.

  • Maintains context so you can easily refine your search (e.g., “Now filter for companies in New York”).

How is my message history handled?

You can only access your own conversations — no one else can view them, and you won’t see messages from other team members. You can return to any recent chat, continue the conversation, and find it using the History button. Your chat list automatically shows messages from the last 30 days, and any chats older than 30 days are cleared from the history.

How much does AI Data Assistant cost?

AI Data Assistant uses Multi-source data, so it deducts credits based on each Multi-source pricing. Each interaction with the assistant uses Search credits. If you choose to collect data, each successfully retrieved record uses Collect credits.

How to download the data?

You’ll see an estimated credit cost before confirming the collect.

  • If you have enough credits to download all data records based on your search criteria, click the Download full data button.

  • If you don’t have enough credits, you can download the number of records that your current balance allows, or you can upgrade your plan and add more credits to download a full dataset.

After you selected to Download data button, the file appears directly in the Data Assistant page. You will be able to download the data in JSONL format.

Can I access my previously downloaded files?

Yes. All files remain available for 30 days in your Files history. Click the Files button in the Data Assistant to view or re-download your previous datasets.
