The easiest option to check the number of records that match your search criteria is to use the API playgrounds and the AI query builder.

Alternatively, if you need a simple search tool and to download a subset of data, go to the Data Explorer tool which is connected to Base datasets. See how many results in our database match your search criteria, preview data, and download results in bulk using a direct download link.

No-code downloads

If you’re using the Data Explorer, after running a search request, you can generate a download link and download records in bulk (up to 10,000 records in one batch) in CSV or JSONL format. This is a great option for users looking to build and quickly download small custom datasets based on specific search criteria.

The link will be sent to you by email and will also be available on the Home page.

Find your API token
