How do annual plans work?
Buying an annual plan allows you to save and get all credits up front.
After confirming your purchase, you will pay for the full one-year subscription plan at once and we will then set your billing cycle to one year.
What benefits does the Premium plan offer?
The Premium plan is the most suitable subscription plan for companies developing larger data projects. On top of cheaper credits, premium support, Employee API webhooks, and Historical headcount API access, the Premium plan offers more flexibility. Depending on your use case and needs, we may also offer you more customization options.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you have two options: renew or upgrade your existing plan. Both actions will reset your billing cycle to the day of the purchase.
Renewing your subscription plan allows you to keep the same terms and is a good option for situations when your usage increases temporarily or for one-time projects.
If you have some remaining credits before renewing or upgrading your plan, they will be valid until your previous billing cycle ends.
Do credits expire?
If you have a monthly subscription plan, credits are valid for one billing cycle and your credit balance is reset every month. Your unused credits will not roll over to the next month.
However, if you buy an annual subscription plan, you get all credits up front after purchasing and they are valid for one year.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice by email after you purchase. Your billing history and invoices are also available in the My Account
section.
