How can I upgrade my subscription plan?
To upgrade your subscription plan, select a new one from the list above and click Upgrade
. In the next step, you will see a detailed breakdown of all changes applicable to credits and subscription plan price.
When you confirm the upgrade, your billing cycle start date will be reset, and you will be charged for the first month of the new subscription plan. The remaining credits from the previous plan will be valid until the end of your previous billing cycle.
How can I downgrade my subscription plan?
To downgrade your subscription plan, select a new one from the list above and click Downgrade
. In the next step, you will see a detailed breakdown of all changes applicable to credits and subscription plan price.
The new subscription plan will be activated at the start of your next billing cycle and the remaining credits from the previous plan will be valid until the end of your previous billing cycle.
Can multiple users use the same subscription?
Yes, your team can have a shared account connected to one business email address. If your company needs multiple accounts with business email addresses under the same company domain, please send us a request, and we will help you create multiple accounts under one organization.
There will be one account owner who can manage the subscription plan.
Can I cancel my subscription plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. To do so, go to My Account
and click Cancel subscription
. Your plan and the remaining credits will be valid until the end of the billing cycle. If you cancel before the billing date, you won’t be charged for the upcoming month.
