Credits
How do credits work?
There are two types of credits: Search Credit for previewing the data record and forming the query, and Collect Credits for downloading the record.
Both are included in the free trial and subscription plans. When buying plans, you only pay for data collection credits and, depending on your plan, get twice as many (or more) search credits at no cost.
You can use these credits to create search queries and download the files in JSON, JSONL, or CSV format.
What can you get for these credits?
A successfully executed search query costs 1 Search Credit.
A successfully collected data record costs 1 Collect Credit.
A successfully executed Multi-source data API search query costs 2 Search Credits.
A successfully collected Multi-source data record costs 2 Collect Credits.
How do data enrichment credits work?
Data enrichment requests use Collect credits. If you want to enrich your data, keep in mind that:
A successfully executed search query costs 1 Search Credit.

A successfully executed Multi-source data API search query costs 2 Search Credits.
A successfully collected Multi-source data record costs 2 Collect Credits.
Do credits expire?
If you have a monthly subscription plan, credits are valid for one billing cycle and your credit balance is reset every month. Unused credits will not roll over to the next month.
If you have an annual subscription plan, you get all credits up front after purchasing and they are valid for one year.
Free trial credits are valid for 14 days after registration.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you have two options: renew or upgrade your existing plan. Both actions will reset your billing cycle to the day of the purchase.
Renewing your subscription plan allows you to keep the same terms and is a good option for situations when your usage increases temporarily or for one-time projects.
If you have some remaining credits before renewing or upgrading your plan, they will be valid until your previous billing cycle ends.
If the query is unsuccessful, does it cost any credits?
No, credits are only charged for successful requests. If you were charged for an unsuccessful request, contact us, and we will investigate the issue.
